BYD's Denza Z Electric Supercar Outaccelerates Lamborghini at Lower Price

BYD has introduced an electric supercar capable of matching or exceeding the acceleration of traditional high-end sports vehicles. The Denza Z houses three electric motors that generate more than 1,500 horsepower, enabling the vehicle to accelerate from zero to 62 miles per hour in under two seconds.
The performance metrics position the Denza Z favorably against established marques in the supercar segment. In direct acceleration comparisons, the vehicle can outpace Lamborghini models, while its pricing structure remains competitive with premium alternatives like the Porsche 911 Turbo S.
This development reflects the automotive industry's ongoing shift toward electrification at the performance tier, where battery-powered systems now rival or surpass internal combustion engines in raw acceleration capability.
